Kaina Jewels endeavours and promises to deliver high quality handcrafted fine jewelry products. It is highly recommended that the following terms and conditions are read through carefully to ensure complete satisfaction, prior to the confirmation of purchase of any Kaina Jewels product.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
While every effort is exercised to render a perfect product, Kaina Jewels’ unique and one-of-a-kind pieces are handcrafted and manufactured by locally based artisans, in Dubai, U.A.E., and as such miniscule imperfections may occur that are intrinsic to such type of craftsmanship. The type of metal used will be clearly stated in the product information section as being manufactured in either of 18K yellow, white, rose gold, or platinum or sterling silver or other. The metals are purchased from reliable local sources which are strictly regulated and monitored for quality assurance by the Dubai Gold Council and other government regulatory boards. All precious stones and colored stones used are of above average quality. Product images are as close to actual as possible, but visual quality will be dependent on individual respective monitor, computer specs and resolution settings.
DESIGN COPYRIGHT
All Kaina Jewels designs shall remain continuously the sole property and copyright of Kaina Jewels to be used as deemed appropriate without any prior third party consent and it is strictly prohibited to use, copy or reproduce in any shape or form any of its designs, images and photographs and other related materials from any private or public sources that belong or pertain to Kaina Jewels, for any purpose whatsoever, without prior written permission from Kaina Jewels.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Kaina Jewels fine jewelry pieces are currently available only in United Arab Emirates. Payment must be made in exact cash amount in the local currency of United Arab Emirates, AED, at the time of delivery with provision of proof of identity along with the email receipt received. It is highly recommended to check the goods before accepting and signing for receipt of the goods. Once a cash receipt has been delivered for payment of goods, this will be considered a complete and final sale. Delivery within the U.A.E. is free of charge. However, delivery times will vary with a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 5 working days. Urgent deliveries within a minimum of 48 hours, upon prior written request received, can be arranged for an extra charge. Delivery times of special orders and bespoke pieces will be communicated at the time of order confirmations. Kaina Jewels accepts no responsibility for the misappropriation or non-receipt in any manner of any such written communication to or from Kaina Jewels.
International deliveries will be executed by Kaina Jewels upon prior written request. The cost of shipping and insurance (optional, but recommended) will be notified at the time of purchase. All local custom duties, handling and clearance charges, as and when applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once the product has been dispatched from the Kaina Jewels workshop, Kaina Jewels will, neither take nor accept any responsibility for damage or loss during transport. Kaina Jewels reserves the right to amend its product price and availability information without prior notice.
INTERNATIONAL BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS
International payments will currently be accepted through a direct bank transfer in AED OR US$. Please email us your request for such a mode of payment and currency preference to: info@kainajewels.com to procure relevant details. International deliveries will be expedited after receipt of full payment.
REPAIRS
Resizing of rings, either 1 size up or 1 size down, and repolishing of Kaina purchased pieces, with proof of purchase, will be free of charge once. For larger ring size adjustments, and other repairs, an extra charge will apply, which will be notified at that time. Return of the piece for resizing and repairs will be the responsibility of the buyer including packaging, insuring (optional) and delivery back to Kaina Jewels workshop. Pick up for repair of the piece can be arranged at an extra charge which will include re-delivery of the adjusted ring or repaired piece. New and/or extra adjustments to a previously purchased Kaina Jewels piece will be carried out based on a clear written brief or personal visit with proof of purchase. Upon assessment of the repairs, a repair charge quotation, when applicable, will be sent for approval before executing the request. Kaina Jewels packaging has been clearly selected not only for its aesthetics that promote the brand, but also for protection of the piece while providing ease of access and convenience during travels. Please refer to the jewelry care and cleaning recommendations to ensure your Kaina jewelry piece remains as beautiful and pristine as the day it was purchased.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Kaina Jewels carries a strictly NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE policy, and all sales are final. Kaina Jewels will not accept any responsibility for any change of mind or expectation. Upon handover of the piece, this will be considered a complete transaction and final sale. The courier has no authority to accept the piece back under any circumstances. All communication and dealings for any Kaina Jewelry pieces purchased from an outside retailer/seller must be directed to the original retailer/ seller. Kaina Jewels neither takes nor accepts any responsibility for any jewelry pieces not purchased directly from Kaina Jewels.
